Procedure 1. Talk to Shumi outside the Subway Station in Kerning City. 2. Enter the Subway Station. 3. Buy a ticket to Construction Site B3 from the worker. 4. Put the ticket into the machine. 5. Climb step 1, 2 and 3 of Construction B3. 6. Double click on the chest at the top. 7. Return the Lost Sack of Cash to Shumi.
