Procedure 1. Meet Alcaster in El Nath, and he'll direct you to find Hella in Orbis, which will trigger a series of related quests. Complete the quests Missing Hella, Spiruna and the Black Crystal, Scadur the Hunter and The Four Wisemen of Victoria Island and you'll obtain the Book of Ancient. 2. After completing the aforementioned quests, head back to El Nath and talk to Alcaster. 3. Go to Cloud Park VI and find Corporal Easy. Provide him 3 Werewolf's Toenails to obtain the Memory Powder. 4. Go back to Alcaster and talk to him. 5. Go down to Orbis Tower <8th Floor> and inspect the unknown sculpture. 6. Return the Book of Ancient to Alcaster and this long series of quests finally ends, and the Justice Cape is yours.
Reward - Get 6340 experience points after returning 3 Werewolf's Toenails to Corporal Easy. - Returning the Memory Powder to Alcaster will net you 7850 experience points. - Finally, after returning the Book of Ancient to Alcaster, you'll get a Level 55 Justice Cape of either 4 colours: , and 16170 experience points.
